211 Call Center Database Submission Information

May 2011 update:

In mid-May, Jamie Rugg became the new 211 Battle Creek Call Center Resource Manager. A 211 Advisory Council is active for Ionia and Montcalm Counties. Although 211 planning work is going well, a specific launch timeline is not set quite yet. We will post updates as they become available.

Click here for the January, 2010 press release publicly requesting 211 information.

There are three things community organizations should do now:

1. Identify a 211 point person for your organization.

Identify someone from your organization who will be the point of contact for 211 questions and follow up by HandsOn Battle Creek staff. This will streamline future communications.

This is also needed for the Update Form.

2. Submit your agency information now.

By clicking the above hyperlink, the Update Form is available to you as a Word Document.

Electronic submission is preferred but not required. You can      e-mail or mail completed forms.

Note there are actually 3 forms within the Update Form Document: 1) Agency, 2) Site, and 3) Program Information.

Review information online once submitted.

3. Contact Jamie Rugg with questions.

Jamie is the 211 Call Center Resource Manager and is overseeing the database entry activities. She wants to make this process easier for you. Her phone number

is (269) 788-1136 or you can e-mail her at

jamie@handsonbc.org. Forms will soon be updated with this new contact's information  and re-posted.
